Welcome to Crafty Corner. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Handmade Products
All our products are handmade with love and care. Slight variations in colour, size, shape, texture, or finish may occur. These are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.
2. Orders & Payments
Orders will be confirmed only after payment is received. Please check your order details carefully before making payment. Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible. For customised or personalised orders, advance payment may be required.
3. Customised Orders
Customised products are made specially according to the customer’s requirements. Therefore, customised orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.
4. Cookies & Food Products
Our cookies and baked products are freshly prepared. Ingredients and allergen information can be provided on request. Please inform us about any known allergies before placing an order. Once food products have been delivered, we cannot accept returns due to hygiene and freshness reasons.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location and courier service. Crafty Corner is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are correct.
6. Cancellation
Order cancellation is subject to the stage of production. Orders that have already been prepared, dispatched, or customised may not be eligible for cancellation.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and/or food nature of our products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us with photographs within 24 hours of delivery.
8. Product Care
Customers are responsible for following the care and usage instructions provided with each product. Crafty Corner is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, storage, or handling.
9. Product Images
We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your device screen.
10. Intellectual Property
All photographs, designs, logos, product descriptions, and content on the Crafty Corner website are the property of Crafty Corner and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
11. Privacy
Customer information collected during the ordering process will be used for order processing, delivery, communication, and customer service. We will handle personal information responsibly.
